We’re looking for a results-driven sales agent to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.

 

The sales agent is responsible for overseeing the sale of products or services from beginning to end. This individual is the direct point of contact with a customer and in charge of ensuring a customer’s needs and expectations are met. The sales agent should know their product or service inside and out and guide their customers through the purchase process efficiently and satisfactorily. Responsibilities

  • Identify new sales opportunities for our services, which include; Managed IT Support, Network Solutions, Remote Data Backup, Business and Voice Services.

  • Target small and mid-sized companies and perform research to develop them into clients

  • Identify markets, manage territories, cold call, qualify and develop prospects.

  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling

  • Present and sell Managed IT Services using solid arguments to prospective customers

  • Make recommendations for the customer

  • Maintain documentation of customer contact and account updates

  • Develop and implement effective marketing/sales campaigns with management team.

  • Assist in the completion of customer requests for bids and proposals.

  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends

  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

  • Continuously improve through feedback.

 

 

Qualifications

  • Previous sales experience

  • Confident Communication and interpersonal skills

  • Self-Motivation and Self-Accountability

  • Ability to professionally carry yourself and represent our company

  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly growing company

  • Customer Centric mindset

  • HS Diploma or equivalent

  • Must be based within a reasonable driving distance of the Kansas City Metropolitan Area.

  • Managed Services Provider or Technology experience (preferred)
