Our service is a cloud-based PBX system with the latest technology.  This means that there is not expensive 'In-house' equipment to purchase.  And we offer all of the latest technologies in calling, conferencing (both audio and visual), and collaboration tools. We also offer a variety of ways to use your service, such as desk phone, softphone, and mobile platforms. This allows you the flexibility of using this service the way you do business.


We offer a wide range of phones for our service to make it easier to get your service going.  However, our service will work with many of VoIP capable devices and you may not need to purchase new equipment.  This would depend on the capabilities of your current hardware. If you don’t have hardware, and are not interested in purchasing any, you may also install the softphone and use a headset to send and receive calls just as if you had a regular desk phone. If you would prefer to go mobile, then you will only need to download the mobile app (Android and iPhone).  This makes it easy and flexible to accommodate your staff's work environments and schedules so that your phone service is working the way that you need it to when you need it to.


Every account gets a Main company voice and fax number.  We can assign new numbers to your service or port your existing numbers over to this service, whatever your needs may be.  We also offer Toll free and Vanity numbers for your convenience.

Each line on your service will have an extension, but will also get a phone number or 'Direct Dial' number.  This line can be assigned to a desk phone, a softphone (Desktop Application), or a mobile device depending on your needs.
