We are open every Monday - Friday from 8am to 5pm. The only exceptions are holidays. Holidays are an important time for family. At The IT Team, we believe that family comes first. For this reason, we are closed on all observed holidays.
Though we may be closed for normal business, our after hours teams will still be monitoring the systems of all Priority Support customers and will be working all P1 and P2 system events only. All P3, P4, and P5 tickets will be worked during normal business hours.
Emergency After hours support will also be available during holiday hours. ($175 After Hours charge will be added to all tickets that are worked.)
